Our grounds maintenance division handles maintenance
contracts for private homeowners, building contractors, estate
agents & managers, turf suppliers, nursing homes, other companies and
bodies.
Our work includes mowing grass, garden clearance, driveway cleaning and weeding, bed design, care and development, tree work & shrub pruning and if you are fed up of mowing the grass or trying to grow a decent lawn we can suppy and lay articial turf - in fact we do anything gardens.
We are Licenced by the Environment Agency as a Waste Carrier and Waste Broker. Our registration number is CB/UP3411YC.
Recently we completed the landscaping at the new £16m Typhoon Maintenance Facilty at RAF Coningsby on behalf of Clark Construction ahead of schedule.
We work throughout the year and so are always busy, if someone can start work straight away ask for references - we will show you all ours because that's part of how we manage our business.

insured through MMA Insurance.

Garden & Grounds Maintenance and Clearance
In addition to our Garden Design & Build Service, we also offer a complete Garden & Grounds Maintenance Service, aimed at both domestic and commercial customers.
Our service is friendly and reliable. All staff carry full Public Liability Insurance.
Some customers prefer annual contracts, where 12 equal payments are spread over the full 12 month period. See our Terms and Conditions.
Alternatively, you may prefer to be invoiced on the day or monthly for the number of visits made that month.
We are also happy to conduct one-off jobs to resurrect your garden or specific areas of it. This includes clearance of garden waste.
As a registered Waste Carrier and Broker with the Environment Agency we are licenced to clear your waste and dispose of it correctly. We do not condone fly tipping.

If your area is affected by a hosepipe ban you will be unable to use a hosepipe unless topping up/filling a fish pond. Ponds and water features without fish must be filled by other means eg a watering can.
Any commercial businesses operating at commercial premises are not included in the ban.
Businesses like ROI Landscapes that operate at a domestic property or wash private vehicles (e.g. car/driveway washing or window cleaning) can use a hosepipe in the course of their work, where this is done as a service to customers. Therefore we can jetwash, water new lawns, plants and fill or top up ponds
Therefore we are able to provide our services to you unhindered by a ban using a hosepipe attached to your domestic supply.
Also you are allowed to use a drip irrigation system to water your garden. This needs to be a drip or trickle irrigation watering systems fitted with a pressure reducing valve and a timer, that are not handheld and which place water by drip directly onto the soil surface or beneath the soil surface, without any surface run off or dispersion of water through the air using a jet or mist. If you do not have this installed we can do, this for you
