Conditions of Sale

The customer will pay an initial deposit will be required when an order is confirmed with the balance due on the date of completion. All commencement dates are given as an estimate only and we will endeavour to keep to this. However we will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage or failure to deliver on any given date.

We shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss, injury or expense whether direct or indirect which may arise for any reason in connection with goods supplied or work carried out.

FAILURE TO PAY

All goods remain the property of ROI Group Limited t/a ROI Landscape & Construction until paid for in full. We reserve the right to dismantle and remove any work completed that is not not paid for in full. The customer will be notified in writing seven days prior to this action being taken. Interest will be charged at 5% above base rate on any overdue payment.

The customer will be liable for any dismantling and removal costs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local Planning Department regarding any planning permissions that may be required.

In placing an order with us the customer agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.serve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice. Wood is a natural product and we ensure that only good quality materials are used, however we will not be liable for any shrinkage, warping, cracking or movement after erection. Any complaints should be made within a week of erection and before use.
