Menorca Life is run by UK based property owners that love the lifestyle that is Menorca.

We first visted Menorca 20 years ago and simply fell in love with the Island because of it's beauty and peaceful relaxation.

Even at that stage we knew we would buy property.

For many years we searched for 'Menorca villa rentals' or 'apartment rentals' and visited once a year eventually staying for longer periods to search for our own holiday home.

Our experiences throughout our search and the legalities and other things that we had to co-ordinate to buy made us think that there could be some means of helping other people like us.

We have met many people with the same dreams and aspirations but they never get off the ground for many reasons such as Spanish law, how to rent out a property, how much time could be spent there, property maintenance, not to mention the cost and how to fund it.
